Your equipment records are unaffected — this only changes how you sign in.

There are two ways to get back in:

Ask an admin in your lab. Anyone with the admin role can issue you a reset link from Settings → Team, and send it to you however you normally talk.
Contact support. If you are the only admin, we can issue a link for you once we have confirmed who you are.
